Granulocytopenia
Leukocytes can be divided into two categories, granular and non-granular, according to their morphological differences. There are two types of white blood cells: lymphocytes and monocytes. Granular leukocytes (granulocytes) contain special stained granules. Three kinds of granulocytes, namely neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils, can be distinguished by staining with Wright's dye; granulocytic cells include monocytes and lymph cell. The vast majority of granulocytes are neutrophils.
