Drug-responsive
Bullous skin lesions on the tip can cause partial or complete loss of nails. Therefore, any drug that can cause erythema erythematosus can cause nail loss. It is due to the destruction of the methyl substance. Large doses of clozacillin (cloxacillin) and ceftizidine (cephaloridine) can cause temporary nail loss.
