Vulvar sweat gland adenocarcinoma
Sweat adenocarcinoma is a relatively rare malignant tumor of the skin attachment, accounting for 2.2% to 8.4% of skin malignancies. Sweat gland tumors are mostly benign tumors. Among 109 cases of sweat gland tumors reported by Tulenko, sweat adenomas accounted for 88%, and sweat gland cancers accounted for only 12%. Vulvar sweat gland adenocarcinoma is very rare, accounting for only 0.5% of vulvar malignant tumors. The age of onset is 30 to 67 years, and women are more common than men.
