Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderin
Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis (IPH) is a rare disease. It is also known as Ceelen's disease and idiopathic pulmonary brown sclerosis syndrome. It is characterized by repeated bleeding from alveolar capillaries and bleeding hemorrhage. Among them, ferritin is partially absorbed, and hemosiderin containing iron is deposited in the lung tissue to cause a response. Clinical features are recurrent cough, shortness of breath, hemoptysis, and iron deficiency anemia.
