Eruptive hair follicle cyst
Eruptive vellus hair cysts were first reported by Esterly et al. In 1977. Dominantly inherited. Like the epidermal cyst, it occurs in the funnel of the hair follicle. Its most characteristic manifestation is that multiple hairs are visible on the transverse side of the hair follicle. Surgical resection.
