Finger swelling
Finger swelling is an early symptom of frostbite. Hands, feet and auricles are the peripheral parts of the human blood circulation, and are the most common sites of frostbite. After late autumn, the temperature suddenly dropped, and blood flow in peripheral blood vessels became slow. When the temperature is lower than 10 degrees Celsius, the subcutaneous arterioles in the above-mentioned areas are contracted by cold, and the veins do not return smoothly. There are also patients with frostbite induced by congenital vascular variation and poor blood flow due to vascular stenosis.
