Cerebral arteriosclerosis

Cerebral arteriosclerosis refers to chronic encephalopathy such as neurasthenia syndrome, arteriosclerotic dementia, pseudobulbar palsy caused by multiple cerebral infarction, softening, necrosis and atrophy after cerebral arteriosclerosis. Cerebral arteriosclerosis can cause TCIA, stroke and other acute cerebral circulation disorders and chronic cerebral ischemia. The symptoms and signs are different from TCIA, stroke and vascular dementia. When there is a previous history of TCIA or mild stroke but no obvious sequela , The diagnosis of cerebral arteriosclerosis is more appropriate. Therefore, the diagnosis of cerebral arteriosclerosis is still necessary, and it is helpful to remind patients and doctors to prevent and treat stroke early.
