Primary myelofibrosis
Primary myelofibrosis (PMF) is a chronic myeloproliferative disease caused by anomalous hematopoietic stem cells. Apparent proliferation of bone marrow fibrous tissue and extramedullary hematopoietic conditions are the pathological basis of PMF.
