Short PR syndrome
Lown, Ganong, and Levine reported a normal QRS graphic ECG performance with short PR interval (0.12s) and no delta; wave in 1952. May be accompanied by paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia or atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate, so it is called short PR syndrome, also known as James beam type pre-excitation syndrome or LGL syndrome.
