Vasculitis

Thrombophlebitis is referred to as phlebitis, which refers to inflammation of venous blood vessels. Phlebitis can be divided into superficial phlebitis and deep phlebitis according to different lesions. Its pathological physiochemical vascular intimal hyperplasia, narrowed lumen, and slow blood flow. The surrounding skin can present with congestive erythema, sometimes with edema. Later, it gradually subsided, hyperemia was replaced by pigmentation, and erythema turned into tan. A few patients can cause reactions such as chills, fever, and increased white blood cells. Patients often report pain and swelling.
