Cerebral arachnoiditis

Cerebral arachnoiditis is a common intracranial non-purulent infectious disease. The main lesions are localized or multiple arachnoid thickening and adhesions. Inflammatory changes are also seen in the pia mater, ependymal membrane, brain tissue, and cerebral blood vessels.
