Pregnancy with aplastic anemia
Aplastic anemia (AA) is abbreviated as a group of comprehensive diseases whose main manifestation is reduced whole blood cells due to damage to bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells or hematopoietic microenvironment caused by various reasons. Pregnancy with aplastic anemia (AA) is due to biological, chemical, physical and other factors leading to hypofunction or failure of hematopoietic tissue, resulting in reduction of whole blood cells. A group of syndromes with clinical manifestations of anemia, bleeding, infection and other symptoms, are relatively common diseases of the hematopoietic system. Pregnancy with aplastic anemia is relatively rare, but during pregnancy and childbirth, anemia, bleeding and infection can cause adverse effects on the mother and child. It is a serious blood disease that should be vigorously prevented during pregnancy.
