Pregnancy with autoimmune hemolytic anemia
Hemolytic anemia complicating pregnancy is due to the disorder of the immune function of the patient, producing autoantibodies and / or complement adsorbed on the surface of red blood cells, resulting in increased destruction of red blood cells, excessive speed, and exceeding the ability of hematopoietic compensation. Common acquired hemolytic anemias include autoimmune hemolytic anemia, pregnancy-induced hemolytic anemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, and drug-induced hemolytic anemia.
