Leukemia is a common malignant disease of unknown hematopoietic tissue. It is characterized by the tumorous proliferation of certain types of white blood cells in the bone marrow or other hematopoietic tissues. Infiltration of various organs and tissues in the body can produce corresponding symptoms and signs . Immature cells can appear in peripheral blood, and red blood cells and platelets are often significantly reduced.
