Panic disorder
Tightening syndrome, also known as yang syndrome, is a culture-related syndrome that is characterized by the anxiety of horror that can cause death when the genitals retract into the body. It is another acute anxiety reaction. Patients are extremely afraid of their genitals retracting into the abdomen or nipples and dying. For this reason, the patient is extremely anxious, nervous, fearful, and has a sense of dying. The disease is more common in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, India, China's Guangdong, Hainan and other places, and is rare in the north. The patients are mostly men. Some patients are affected by fetal superstition and lack of sexual knowledge, which can be induced by mental stimulation and suggestion.
