White coat hypertension

White coat hypertension (WCH) is a special type of hypertension. There are many studies on it, but there are some controversies due to inconsistent results. There are several main problems: the diagnosis of WCH Standards; the mechanism of WCH production; whether WCH has damage to target organs; whether WCH needs treatment and what is the prognosis of WCH.
