Those born at 42 weeks or older (≥294 days) are called postterm infants (also known as postmaurity). If the placenta function is normal, the growth and development in the uterus is good, the birth weight ≥ 4000g is called a giant child, and the placenta is obviously aging and the function is reduced, which leads to fetal nutrition disorders and growth retardation.
