Scrotal inflammatory carcinoma

Scrotal inflammatory cancer, also known as Paget disease (Pagetrsquo; s disease), eczema-like cancer, is a rare malignant tumor that is easily misdiagnosed as eczema, dermatitis or jock itch. Generally onset after the age of 50 to 60 years. Progress is slow, the course of the disease is several years to several decades, the degree of malignancy is lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma, and the prognosis is relatively good.
