Esophageal foreign body
Foreign body in oesophagus is one of the most common emergencies, which can occur at any age, mostly in the elderly, followed by young children. Because large foreign bodies can temporarily stay in the narrow part of the lower part of the pharynx or the entrance of the esophagus, they can block the airway and cause serious complications, even life-threatening, so it must be handled in time.
