High arch
High arched feet are a common foot deformity in children. Most of them are fixed plantar flexion of forefoot caused by neuromuscular diseases, which increases the longitudinal arch of the foot. Sometimes combined with varus deformity of the foot. Occasionally unknown, can be called idiopathic high arched feet.
