Erysipelas

Erysipeloid is an infectious skin disease caused by infection with erysipelothrix insidiosa, also known as erysipelothrix rhusiopatiae. Often related to occupations, it usually occurs in the hands that touch fish, causing erysipelas-like damage, and may be accompanied by systemic symptoms.
