Congenital ectodermal dysplasia syndrome in children

Children's congenital ectodermal dysplasia syndrome is a genetic disease that affects the skin and its ancillary structures such as teeth and eyes, and may spread to the central nervous system. Typical features are thinning hair, photophobia, dysplasia of teeth (generally only two cavities, exactly like vampires), poor development of fingernails, dry and crisp nails, etc.
