Intrarectal intussusception

Intrarectal invaginate refers to those who fold into the distal intestinal cavity or anal canal with the full or simple mucosal layer of the proximal rectum during defecation, not exceeding the outer edge. Also known as rectal prolapse, recessive rectal prolapse, or incomplete rectal prolapse. This disease is one of the common types of export obstructive constipation. Occurred in the distal rectum, some patients may involve the middle rectum. Due to digital rectal examination, sigmoidoscopy and barium enema, the intussusception has been reset, so clinical diagnosis is difficult, and the diagnosis can only be confirmed by dynamic defecation contrast.
