Ulnar radial shaft fracture

Radial ulnar fractures are common and occur in adolescents. Double fractures of ulnar and radial fractures can occur in overlap, angulation, rotation, and lateral displacement. Single fractures of the radial shaft are rare. Due to ulna support, the fracture ends overlap and have less displacement. Rotational displacement mainly occurs. .
