Chest wall tuberculosis
Chest wall tuberculosis is the most common chest wall disease, and its lesions may invade various tissues of the chest wall. It is common in young people under 30 years old, and more males. Most patients have no obvious symptoms or have mild pain. The abscess can rupture on its own, forming a chronic long-healing sinus, and the lesions are more common in the anterior chest wall, followed by the chest wall, and less in the spinal column.
