Left ventricle double exit
The left ventricle double outlet means that both aorta originate from the left ventricle, the two arterial openings are in the same plane, bilateral conical and conical muscular dysplasia, aortic and pulmonary valves, and the semilunar and mitral valves are continuous. It is a very rare congenital cardiovascular malformation. Often accompanied by ventricular septal defect, pulmonary artery stenosis, tricuspid valve malformation, right ventricular dysplasia, atrioventricular inconsistency, atrial and visceral orthotopic or inverted malformations. The hemodynamic changes of the left ventricle double outlet are similar to severe Fallot tetralogy or complete aortic dislocation with ventricular septal defect.
