Bullous pemphigoid

Bullous pemphigoid is a bullous disease more common in the elderly. The blister wall is thick and difficult to break. Histopathology was subepidermal bullae. Immunofluorescence showed self-deposition of immunoglobulins from the basement membrane. The course is chronic and the prognosis is good.
