Perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, referred to as perimenopausal dysfunction, refers to a period of time before and after menopause, that is, ovarian function begins to decline until one year after the last menstruation. This period is mainly dominated by anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Perimenopausal women terminate their menstruation after undergoing an irregular menopausal transition.
