Shunt hyperbilirubinemia syndrome

Shunt hyperbilirubinemia syndrome is Israel syndrome. It is caused by excessive bilirubin produced by bone marrow red blood cells or precursors, or directly caused by the destruction and generation of ferritin or tetrapyrrole precursors.
