Degenerative sacroiliitis
Under normal circumstances, sacroiliac joints have stable ear-like articular surfaces, and are protected by strong ligaments around them. Generally, external forces are not easy to cause damage. However, with the maturation and aging of the human body, when the body is in a bad position and the muscles are unbalanced, it is easy to cause or accelerate the sacroiliac joint strain. Therefore, in middle-aged and elderly people, sacroiliac joints are more prone to degeneration due to the loosening of ligaments and dislocation of the articular surface, especially in prolific, middle-aged women.
