Primary venous valvular insufficiency
Venous insufficiency of the lower extremity veins is a common disease, which mostly occurs in workers who are permanently engaged in manual labor or standing. It has a higher incidence in farmers, hairdressers, athletes, and surgeons. Venous valvular joint insufficiency of the lower extremities mainly produces heavy, sore, and weak limbs, and may have superficial varicose veins, hyperpigmentation, dermatitis, swelling, and endless ulcers. Not only is the patient suffering, but it also affects labor.
