Obstetrics and Gynecology Venous Thrombosis

Deep venous thrombosis is a serious complication of obstetrics and gynecology patients. If pulmonary embolism occurs, it will endanger the patient's life. Venous thromboembolic disease (venous thromboembolic disease) includes two types: ① thrombophlebitis (thrombopHlebitis), which is caused by various inflammatory reactions caused by various factors in the lining of the vein wall, causing thrombosis, thrombosis and tube The wall adheres tightly and is not easy to fall off. Venous thrombosis (venous thrombosis), generally believed to be mainly due to slow blood flow and blood coagulation caused by thrombosis, mostly located in the deep veins, thrombus and tube wall adhesion is light, easy to fall off and cause pulmonary embolism. After thrombosis, most of them stimulate the venous inflammatory response, making the adhesion of the thrombus to the tube wall more tight. Some scholars believe that these two lesions may be different stages of a disease and sometimes difficult to distinguish, so they are collectively referred to as venous thrombosis.
