Microinflammatory state

Intravascular inflammation caused by the involvement of inflammatory substances is called: a micro-inflammatory state. Patients on dialysis have no systemic or localized clinical signs of infection, but they have a low-level, persistent inflammatory state, manifested by elevated inflammatory factors.
