Lunar dislocation and perilunar dislocation
Dislocation of the lunar bone refers to the displacement of the lunar bone itself from the normal adjacent relationship with the radius and other carpal bones. Dislocation of the lunar bone refers to the normal relationship between the lunar bone and the radius, and the dislocation of other surrounding carpal bones; Peripheral dislocation refers to a fracture of the scaphoid. The relationship between the proximal end of the fracture and the lunar and radial bones is normal, and the distal and other wrist bones are dislocated.
