Nasal malignant granuloma
Malignant granuloma begins in the nose and gradually extends to the midline of the face. It is a rare granuloma characterized by progressive necrotic ulcers. The etiology of this disease is unknown. Most of the pathological examinations are chronic non-specific granulation tissue and necrosis, and there are many components of inflammatory cell infiltration. Due to the different pathological entities, there are many names and classifications, such as necrotizing granuloma. Fatal middle linear granulomas, idiopathic granulomas in the middle of the face, and midline malignant reticulocyte hyperplasia. Malignant granuloma is currently clinically used.
