Biliary acute pancreatitis
Acute biliary pancreatitis refers to pancreatic duct obstruction, pancreatic mucosal barrier damage, pancreatic fluid overflow, and pancreatic tissue self-digestion caused by biliary stones and inflammation, forming acute biliary pancreatitis. Its clinical incidence is high, second only to acute appendicitis, acute intestinal obstruction, acute biliary infection and gastroduodenal ulcer.
