Neoplastic pericarditis

Neoplastic pericarditis is caused by malignant pericardial metastases or primary pericardial tumors, such as mesothelioma. Lung cancer, breast cancer, leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma account for 80%.
