Schwannoma
Neurilemmoma, also known as schwann cell tumor or Schwannoma, is usually a solitary schwannoma derived from a nerve sheath. The head and neck schwannoma mainly occurs in the cranial nerve. Such as the auditory nerve, facial nerve, hypoglossal nerve, and vagus nerve; secondly, it can occur in the peripheral nerves of the head, face, and tongue, and it is the rarest that it occurs in the sympathetic nerve. Clinically, solid nodules with tenderness are the main manifestations. The tumor grows slowly and the disease course is longer. Surgical resection is the main treatment for this disease.
