Abnormal birth canal

The birth canal includes the bony birth canal (pelvic cavity) and the soft birth canal (lower uterus, cervix, vagina, vulva), which are the channels through which the fetus is delivered through the vagina. Abnormal birth canal can obstruct fetal delivery, and clinically, bone birth canal abnormalities are more common.
