Primary biliary cirrhosis
Primary intrahepatic sclerosis (Hanot) syndrome refers to a group of symptoms caused by non-specific inflammation of the intrahepatic bile duct, fibrosis, intrahepatic cholestasis, and cirrhosis with nodular hyperplasia. Now known as primary biliary cirrhosis, also known as chronic non-purulent destructive cholangitis, bile duct hepatitis, bile duct cirrhosis, intrahepatic obstructive biliary cirrhosis, and so on. Intrinsic may be non-purulent, destructive inflammation of the bile duct and interlobular bile duct due to autoimmune abnormalities with bile duct hyperplasia; destruction, scar formation; destruction of hepatic lobular structure, regeneration nodules formation; liver with obvious bile stasis Histological changes in sclerosis.
