Atrioventricular block

First degree atrioventricular block (Ⅰ? AVB) refers to prolonged atrioventricular conduction time, which exceeds the normal range, but each atrial agitation can still flow into the ventricle. On the electrocardiogram, the PR interval reaches or exceeds 0.21s (children under 14 years of age reaches or exceeds 0.18s), and each P wave has a QRS wave.
