Enteropathogenic E.coli infection
Intestinal infectious diseases caused by Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC). EPEC is a group of diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli that was recognized in the 1940s. It was the main cause of epidemic diarrhea in infants and young children from the 1950s to the 1960s.
