Unstable hemoglobinopathy
Unstable hemoglobin disease is caused by changes in the amino acid composition of the alpha or beta; globin chain, which makes the hemoglobin molecular structure unstable, degeneration and precipitation, and the formation of denatured globin bodies (Heinz bodies) in red blood cells, which is called unstable hemoglobin.
