Granulosa myoma
Vulvar granulosa myoma is a slow-growing benign tumor. It is a small, dense mass with a diameter of less than 1 cm. Occasionally, there are multiple nodules. Sometimes the surface skin has hypopigmentation. More common in the labia, occasionally in the clitoris. It can also invade the tongue, skin and other parts including the upper respiratory tract, digestive tract and skeletal muscles. It may be derived from neural tissue and is relatively rare.
