Chronic neck soft tissue injury

Chronic injury refers to injuries of various over-limit activities that exceed the maximum range of normal physiological activity or the local tolerable time. Therefore, for a long time, the head is lowered, and the head is always in a forward bending posture, which causes the front of the cervical disc to be compressed, the nucleus pulposus to move backward, and the fibrous ring and the posterior longitudinal ligament to be stimulated, thereby causing discomfort.
