Neonatal scleredema

Neonatal scleredema is a syndrome. Due to cold injury, infection or premature birth, the skin and subcutaneous fat harden, often accompanied by hypothermia, and even multiple organ damage. Of these, cold injury is the most common. Called cold injury syndrome. Characterized by subcutaneous fat sclerosis and edema.
