Lymph node-biliary tract syndrome
Lymph node-biliary syndrome (Ganglic-Biliary Syndrome) is caused by hilar lymph node enlargement and compression of the common bile duct. Since 1980, there have been few reports in China, and the feature is also called Derincentis syndrome. The lymphatic tissue of the liver pedicle is connected to the mesenteric lymphatic system, and mesenteric lymphadenitis is often accompanied by hilar lymphadenitis, so the lymphobiliary tract syndrome may be the same disease as mesenteric lymphadenitis.
