Gestational diabetes
Gestational Diebetes Mellitus (GDM) is a type of diabetes and one of the major complications of perinatal period. May cause fetal developmental abnormalities, intrauterine distress, fetal death, hypoglycemia in neonates, babies and difficult or stillbirth complications.
