Histiocytosis
Langerhans cell histiocytosis or Langerhans' cell disease, also known as Histiocytosis X, is a rare group of Cell proliferative disease. The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are not clear. Some people think that it is a reactive disease rather than a true tumor. Some people think that this disease is caused by abnormal immune system, but it can be seen by PCNA immunohistochemistry There are many positive cells, and the common mitotic phenomenon in the lesion is considered a proliferative disease, which may be tumorous hyperplasia.
