Uterine appendix mass

Uterine accessories are located in the ovaries and fallopian tubes behind the uterus, and are often referred to as uterine accessories clinically. The mass in the accessory area may be an ectopic pregnancy. Ovary tubalitis can also appear in the appendix area.
